The Discovery School had a requirement for new classroom space, due to school budget limitations we built the 2 classroom buildings in 2 stages which worked better for the school.

The double classroom buildings measured 15.5m x 9.9m overall and where constructed in 5 modules. Each building consisted of 2 classrooms, WC's and stores to the centre and an entrance hall area.
The buildings needed to suit their surroundings and be sympathetic to other buildings on site we finished the exterior in a Prodex Cladding.
Bespoke Specification:
- Design, manufacture and supply 2no Double Classroom Buildings
- Meet appropriate buildings regulations
- Each building to include WC's and Store
- Prodex Cladding to the exterior finish to blend with surroundings
- To deliver matching buildings over a 2 phase period
- To work with the Main Contractor Kier
